When using plastic heavy load capacity pallet, people should first consider the load-bearing problem of plastic pallets according to their own industry, and purchase plastic pallets that meet the load-bearing requirements. So how do you tell the load of the plastic heavy load capacity pallet? Generally divided into two loads, respectively, dynamic load and static load, plastic tray dynamic load: Dynamic load refers to the use of electric forklift or manual hydraulic, plastic pallet truck can be allowed to lift the maximum weight at a time. General shelf plastic tray can load 1.5 tons-2 tons, standard plastic tray can load 1 ton, ultra-light plastic tray dynamic load 0.5 tons. Plastic tray static load: Static load refers to the maximum weight that can be sustained by the bottom plastic tray in the stacking code. General shelf plastic tray can load 6 tons-8 tons, standard plastic tray can load 4 tons, ultra-light plastic tray static load 1 tons.

The shelf bearing has certain requirements for the permanent deformation and deflection of the tray. The national standard for deflection is 30 mm maximum, but this is wide. If it is an automatic stereo warehouse, the requirements for deflection should be more stringent, generally required within 10 mm. So in the purchase time need to consider in these several aspects.
